Last updated: June 13, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ExoPHP framework, its website, and all related tools and documentation ("the Framework"), developed and owned by IVONU. By downloading, installing, or using ExoPHP, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the ExoPHP framework in any form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use ExoPHP.
2. Proprietary Software & License
ExoPHP is proprietary, closed-source software. All source code, binaries, assets, and intellectual property related to ExoPHP are the exclusive property of IVONU. No ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred to you by downloading or using the Framework.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the ExoPHP framework solely to develop and distribute your own desktop applications. This license does not grant you the right to:
- Copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, or sell copies of the ExoPHP framework itself.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of ExoPHP.
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or markings on the Framework.
- Rent, lease, lend, or sublicense the Framework to any third party.
- Use ExoPHP to build tools or products that compete directly with ExoPHP.
3. Permitted Use
You may use ExoPHP to build and distribute your own desktop applications. Applications built with ExoPHP belong to their respective developers and are not subject to these Terms, provided they do not violate applicable laws or include the ExoPHP framework in a redistributable form beyond what is packaged by the build process.
4. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use ExoPHP to:
- Develop applications that are illegal, harmful, abusive, or violate any applicable laws.
- Distribute malware, spyware, ransomware, or any software designed to harm users.
- Impersonate or misrepresent affiliation with IVONU or the ExoPHP project.
- Circumvent any security or access control features of the Framework.
5. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names associated with ExoPHP (including the name "ExoPHP" and the ExoPHP logo) are the exclusive property of IVONU. You may not use them without prior written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
ExoPHP is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IVONU disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Framework will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall IVONU or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use ExoPHP, even if IVONU has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Updates and Changes to the Framework
IVONU reserves the right to modify, update, discontinue, or restrict access to ExoPHP at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modifications or discontinuation.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of ExoPHP after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of ExoPHP shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
